• Standard 8-Hour Day Shifts
• Typical Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Clinical Coverage: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Thursday May Be Administrative
• No Call
• Rounding Required

• Adult Patients
• Approximately 14-15 Patients Per Day

• Provide Outpatient Hematology and Medical Oncology Care
• Evaluate and Manage Adult Hematology / Oncology Patients
• Perform Patient Rounding
• Work 1:1 With a Medical Oncologist
• No Procedures Required

• Outpatient Clinic Setting
• Works 1:1 With a Medical Oncologist
• Epic EMR
• Must Be Proficient With Epic

• Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology
  - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Hematology / Medical Oncology
  - Required
• Active Washington License
  - Required at Time of Presentation
• Candidates Requiring Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
• BLS
  - Required
• BLS Must Be From the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, as Applicable
• COVID-19 Vaccination
  - Required, No Exemptions

• Must Provide Documentation of Hematology / Medical Oncology Services Representative of the Scope and Complexity of the Requested Privileges During the Previous 24 Months
• Recent Clinical Activity Requirement May Be Waived for Applicants Who Completed Training During the Previous Year
