Job Summary

The School of Business, in the College of Professional Programs at Eastern Washington University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Management to begin September 16, 2026
. EWU is a regional, comprehensive institution where excellent teaching must be supplemented with an appropriate research program. The successful candidate is expected to publish high-quality, impactful research in peer‑reviewed academic journals in the field of Management and exhibit effective teaching, curriculum development, and pedagogical innovation. The primary teaching area for this position will be topics in Management (including Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, Human Resource Management) at the undergraduate and MBA levels.

The candidate will teach in‑person and online courses to a diverse student body, advise students, participate in student‑learning assessment, and provide service to the university, college, department, and the field of Management.
