Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a simple mission:
To positively impact children's lives through the game of soccer.
Every session is age appropriate, character-focused, high-energy, and fun. We believe soccer is a vehicle for something greater. The goal isn’t just teaching soccer skills. It’s helping children build confidence, show respect, encourage others, persevere through challenges, and develop a love for being active.
Who We're Looking ForMany of our coaches didn’t come from a soccer background. They came from teaching, childcare, church ministry, summer camps, music programs, and youth mentoring. Because soccer can be taught.
We're Looking For People Who Can- Lead a group with confidence
- Connect naturally with young children
- Bring positive energy every session
- Communicate well and follow through on commitments
- Monday – Friday mornings
- Monday – Friday afternoons/evenings
- Saturday mornings
Coaches must be available for at least three coaching blocks per week.
Schedules remain consistent throughout each 10‑12 week season, allowing coaches to build meaningful relationships with the same children, families, and schools week after week.
What You’ll DoYou’ll lead fun, fast-paced Soccer Shots sessions for children ages 2‑8 using our proven curriculum.
- Lead classes of up to 12 children
- Facilitate engaging games and activities
- Create a safe, positive learning environment
- Communicate professionally with families and staff
- Love working with young children
- Want work that makes a meaningful impact
- Are dependable, coachable, and eager to grow
- You’re looking for a job where you can simply show up and coast
- You’re uncomfortable leading a group of children
- Your availability changes frequently from week to week
- You don’t genuinely enjoy being around young children
- Paid training
- CPR & First Aid certification

- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Willingness to complete training requirements
