Location: Spokane Valley

Location: NAS Whidbey Island, Washington

Type: Student Employment, Part-time

Rate of Pay: $17.13 per hour (Pay range may vary based on geographic location)

Purpose: To provide work opportunity for those students eligible for the Work-Study program.

Essential Functions
  • Greet Students
  • Collect Paperwork
  • Assist with filing and scanning documents
  • Create informational packets
  • Assist with special projects
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must Complete FAFSA (Domestic Students)
  • Enrolled/Attending at least half-time for regular semester sessions.
  • Must not be on Financial Aid Suspension or Academic Suspension.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to fluently read, write, and understand the English language.
  • Proficiency with the following, but not limited to: active listening; speaking; writing; critical thinking; judgment and decision making; monitoring; reading comprehension; time management; coordination; and management of personnel resources.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of computer and technology-related software and equipment, including Microsoft Office products and database systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with or without direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
