Responsibilities
  • Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students.
  • Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
  • Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school.
  • Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
  • Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills: able to connect professionally and enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff through written and verbal communication.
  • Positive attitude: surface optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when interacting with clients and the team.
  • Growth mindset: continual desire to learn and grow personally and professionally.
  • Good judgment: strong sense of self‑awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • Outcome‑oriented: hard worker who gets things done in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Enthusiastic: eager to connect with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass Booster's background and motor vehicle check.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
  • Full‑day availability (7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) on scheduled workdays.
