Clinical Assistant Or Clinical Associate Faculty - Nursing
Eastern Washington University and the College of Health Science and Public Health invite applications for a Clinical Assistant or Clinical Associate Faculty position to begin August 16, 2025. We will select one or more positions from this applicant pool. The appointments will be for fall semester of the academic year and will continue as a nine-month academic year appointment. Clinical Assistant and Clinical Associate Faculty report to the SON Director.
Clinical Faculty are full-time faculty who are responsible for teaching in classroom, clinical, laboratory, and simulated learning environments. Clinical Faculty are primarily responsible for teaching, but may also include service to department, college, university and professional committees; research, grant writing, and professional presentations; mentoring student projects, and outreach to the community. Faculty follow all guidance from the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) regarding their position.

The expected salary upon hire for a Clinical Assistant is $72,419 and $86,809 for a Clinical Associate. In addition to the salary the university offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life and disability insurance and retirement.
