Special Education Teacher – Specially Designed Instruction provides individualized instruction to students with special needs, adapting curriculum and collaborating with families and educators to support academic progress.

• Provide specially designed instruction adapting content, methods, or delivery to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Create an inclusive and safe learning environment for all students
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations

• Special Education Teacher Endorsement or equivalent
• Valid Special Education Teacher Endorsement
• No minimum years of experience; experience with SDI is a plus
• Adaptability, patience, and strong communication skills
• Background check required; physical demands align with classroom teaching
