Assistant Swim Coach

Join Whitworth University and serve as an Assistant Swim Coach, where you'll play a pivotal role in mentoring and inspiring student-athletes to excel in both their athletic and personal growth journeys. As a key member of our coaching staff, you'll support the development of our men's and women's swim teams, contributing to recruiting efforts, refining individual athlete skills, and strategically planning practices.

Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating travel, providing mentorship, overseeing meet setups, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Schedule Full-time (1.0 FTE) | 12 months | 40 hours per week Whitworth University is a Christian liberal arts university. We seek candidates who are willing to engage with the university's mission and integrate their Christian faith into their work.
