We are seeking versatile Teaching Artists and Enrichment Providers who are intermediate-to-fluent-level in French to lead engaging, hands‑on classes. You will be responsible for creating a supportive environment where students can explore their interests, develop new skills, and express themselves.
Develop age‑appropriate visual arts, performing arts, textile arts, or similar curriculum for after‑school students
Lead weekly in‑person classes with enthusiasm and expertise
Establish a well‑structured and lively classroom that keeps students engaged
Foster a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment for students of varying skill levels
Build connections with students in a warm and inclusive environment
Track student growth and offer positive, helpful feedback
Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to teach
Create a memorable experience for the children in your class
Proficient in the visual arts, performing arts, textile arts, or similar and confident leading your own class
Energetic, creative, and skilled at engaging young learners
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about working with students
Able to create positive class community and build relationships with students
Flexible and able to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Passionate about arts, creativity and connection
Has a strong work ethic and do whatever it takes mind set
$90 - $120 an hour
Teachers in the Togetherhood network are paid per class, either flat rate or per‑student (determined by the partner school). This is contracted, supplemental 1099 work. There is a separate materials budget for teachers to use for classes requiring one.
