Role OverviewThis Field Service Engineer position is primarily based out of Spokane with regional travel across Washington. You will service and support digital radiography X-ray systems in clinical environments, managing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, completing scheduled PMs, responding to service calls, documenting all work in a service system, and maintaining excellent customer communication. You will also support basic installations and system checks as needed and coordinate parts and follow up visits to meet uptime expectations.
KeyRequirements
- Field service experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment, with an emphasis on X‑ray (DR)
- Desirable experience with GE X‑ray and GE OEC C‑arm systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electronics, mechanical systems, and software‑driven platforms
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Washington as required
- Customer focused, professional, and confident working independently in the field
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage priorities across multiple sites
- Calm under pressure and committed to high quality service standards
