Field Service Technician - Retail Equipment

You'll be responsible for performing calibration and preventative maintenance (PM) on weighing and wrapping equipment within the Retail Business, with the support of mentors and technical resources. You'll also assist on installations and repairs alongside experienced team members — a great opportunity to grow your skills on the path to independent work.

• Perform PC networking & software configuration
• Performs calibrations and preventative maintenance duties on our Retail Weighing Equipment, according to METTLER TOLEDO procedures and customer requirements.
• Actively updates and ensures data integrity of the service database.
• Assists and cooperates with Scheduling Analyst and Service Support Team as necessary.
• Resolves first-line customer concerns and helps resolve invoicing issues when applicable.
• Ensures compliance with all company and customer safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Accurately completes and submits all required paperwork on a daily basis as required via company issued Laptop PC in a professional manner
• Maintains a close professional relationship with external/internal customers, sales, technicians and leaders.
• Must comply with the Company Fleet policy.
• On-call rotation is required to support Mettler Toledo customer base.
• All other duties as assigned.
