• Provide strategic leadership for process design and optimization.
• Lead multiple concurrent tech transfers.
• Serve as primary technical owner for assigned products.
• Evaluate process scalability, robustness, and regulatory fit.
• Author and oversee validation protocols.
• Lead investigations, deviations, and change controls.
• Mentor process engineering staff.
• Lead Technical Services representation in client‑facing meetings, including technical discussions and decision support.
• Act as a delegate for Director, Associate Director, or Manager roles in client engagement and other leadership activities as required.

• Bachelor’s degree required in applicable field;
  Master’s or PhD preferred.
• 10–15+ years related pharmaceutical experience or FDA‑regulated industry experience.
• Expert‑level tech transfer and process engineering experience.
• Supervisory or other leadership experience.
• Project management experience.
• Microsoft Office expertise.

• Master’s Degree counts as 2 years experience.
• Statistical analysis.
• Lean manufacturing principles.

• Extended periods of sitting or standing.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted.
• Work in classified/aseptic areas.
• Work in confined spaces.
• Potential exposure to allergens.

Mon‑Fri Day shift

• Hiring Wage: $130,275 - $208,400 annually (with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises).
