Responsibilities- Strategic Yield Improvement: Lead comprehensive data analysis from wafers to identify root causes of defects and implement swift corrective actions to maximize output.
- Process Integration Leadership: Spearhead collaboration with Module Engineering and Process Integration teams to enhance module-level and wafer-level productivity.
- Advanced Defect Defense: Design robust mechanisms to guarantee uncompromising quality and defect control of critical EUV/DUV photomasks.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and empower a world‑class team of engineers and technicians, fostering excellence and ensuring seamless 24/7 operational efficiency.
- Insightful Data Analysis: Leverage advanced data analysis tools to analyze daily Wafer Acceptance Testing (WAT) data and process signals, converting data into actionable insights.
- Technology Ramp & Transfer: Play a key role in ramping up new advanced technology nodes and facilitating the transfer of groundbreaking process technologies.
- Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or other relevant technical fields.
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on yield enhancement, defect reduction, or process integration.
- Deep knowledge of IC processing, wafer defect mechanisms, and advanced yield improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with 24/7 operations.
- Conveys complex technical concepts effectively.
- Initiative‑driven, prioritizing responsibilities to support organizational needs.
- Team player and leader, encouraging collaboration.
- Motivated by measurable results and performance improvement.
- Maintains focus and accuracy on intricate tasks, meeting deadlines under pressure.

This position is on‑site at our Camas, Washington location during core business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm. Additional hours may be required to meet project demands.
Total RewardsPay Transparency & Other Compensation: For new hires, the starting salary typically ranges between $127,715 and $184,939 per year. The full salary range for this job grade extends from $127,715 to $204,015, depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. The compensation package also includes profit sharing/incentive bonuses and tuition assistance.
