• Strategic Yield Improvement: Lead comprehensive data analysis from wafers to identify root causes of defects and implement swift corrective actions to maximize output.
• Process Integration Leadership: Spearhead collaboration with Module Engineering and Process Integration teams to enhance module-level and wafer-level productivity.
• Advanced Defect Defense: Design robust mechanisms to guarantee uncompromising quality and defect control of critical EUV/DUV photomasks.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and empower a world‑class team of engineers and technicians, fostering excellence and ensuring seamless 24/7 operational efficiency.
• Insightful Data Analysis: Leverage advanced data analysis tools to analyze daily Wafer Acceptance Testing (WAT) data and process signals, converting data into actionable insights.
• Technology Ramp & Transfer: Play a key role in ramping up new advanced technology nodes and facilitating the transfer of groundbreaking process technologies.

• Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or other relevant technical fields.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on yield enhancement, defect reduction, or process integration.
• Deep knowledge of IC processing, wafer defect mechanisms, and advanced yield improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with 24/7 operations.

This position is on‑site at our Camas, Washington location during core business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm. Additional hours may be required to meet project demands.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation: For new hires, the starting salary typically ranges between $127,715 and $184,939 per year. The full salary range for this job grade extends from $127,715 to $204,015, depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. The compensation package also includes profit sharing/incentive bonuses and tuition assistance.
