We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Washington.
As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting and overseeing land surveys and producing accurate measurements and maps for construction engineering or real estate projects. You will work closely with other professionals such as engineers, architects and developers to provide crucial data for their projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting land surveys using various tools and techniques
- Analyzing survey data to produce accurate measurements and maps
- Providing technical support and guidance on land surveying issues
- Preparing reports, drawings and maps based on survey results
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborating with other professionals to provide accurate data for projects
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location:
