Senior Structural Project ManagerMcMillen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Project Manager with a strong technical background to deliver exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate is a proven Seller‑Doer and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 12+ years of experience in the water resources industry.

Responsibilities- Lead in the preparation of complete project documents from design development reports through construction documents.
- Independently evaluate, select, and apply advanced structural design techniques, procedures, and criteria to projects.
- Effectively manage multi‑discipline teams, assign tasks, and direct other engineers, technicians and administrative staff.
- Collect and analyze existing data by performing field investigations of existing structures and review of as‑built plans and engineering reports to establish existing conditions and identify critical areas for design criteria.
- Identify project opportunities and assist with proposals to provide professional services for engineering projects or programs.
- Prepare scopes, budgets, and schedules for projects.
- Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
- Evaluate and manage planning, design and construction support services for projects.
- Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from an accredited university.
- Master's degree in structural engineering preferred.
- 15 years+ of structural design experience in water resource related work.
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager preferred.
- PE License required; SE License preferred; NCEES registration preferred.
- Familiarity with Federal Agencies and/or Public Utilities.
- Proficient knowledge of relevant industry and agency design codes and standards.
- Design‑Build and/or construction experience (preferred).
- Demonstrated working knowledge and experience with structural analysis software, specifically seismic analysis procedures.
- Experience with structural refurbishment, repair, seismic upgrades, and alterations of concrete structures, hydro power facilities or hydraulic steel structures.
- Demonstrated industry expertise and knowledge of principles and practices related to hydro and hydro power projects.
- Travel may be required (15% of the time).
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.

- Pay Range: $138,000 - $206,000 (DOE)
