Job Description
Senior Machine Guard/Safety Professional, you will work on various projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth.
Provide client and project management, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive machine safety projects.
- Conducting machine guarding compliance and risk assessments
- Lead technical teams working across multiple offices nationwide, problem-solving, and meeting with clients
- Develop and implement machine guarding strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of EnSafe's clients
- Oversee the training and development programs for machine guarding personnel
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend effective machine-guarding measures
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (safety management, mechanical engineering, etc.). Advanced degrees or certifications (CSP, CMSE, CFSE, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in machine design or machine guarding risk and compliance assessments, or a track record of successfully implementing machine guarding strategies
