We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Process Engineer to join our semiconductor manufacturing team. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship to monitor, maintain, and optimize our state-of-the-art semiconductor fabrication processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to build a foundation in high-volume manufacturing (HVM) and collaborate with global industry leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Process Monitoring & Data Analysis: Learn and utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC), Real-Time Monitoring (RTM) methods, and other data sources to monitor process performance, ensure stability, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, equipment, and integration teams to troubleshoot line issues, support new technology transfers, and develop solutions to improve process quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
  • Global Team Alignment: Participate in cross-functional meetings, including occasional collaboration with overseas partners (such as TSMC in the Asia time zone).
  • Operational Flexibility: Support abnormal event handling and urgent fab requests to meet production goals.
Job Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS) or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related STEM field.
  • Experience: 0 to 2+ years in a high-volume manufacturing semiconductor Fab (relevant internships, co-ops, or academic cleanroom experience considered).
  • Technical Familiarity: Prior exposure to CVD or PVD tools is preferred. Basic understanding of thin film process principles; familiarity with semiconductor equipment or process integration is a plus.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, primarily at a desk, with occasional movement around the facility.

  • Occasionally reach, bend forward, or squat.
  • Spend the majority of shift on foot, with occasional sitting.
Eligibility
  • All applicants must possess legal authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • To be eligible, candidates must successfully pass a background check and a drug screening. Washington state regulations require that the drug screen will not test for cannabis use.
Work Location & Schedule

This position operates on-site at the Camas, Washington location during core business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm; additional hours may be necessary…
