The role requires the ability to prioritize workloads, lead teams on complex aircraft tasks, and apply maintenance manuals and engineering data.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, an A&P License or military aviation maintenance certification, and an active DoD Secret clearance is highly desired.
