Coffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Mechanical Engineer/Crane Engineer to support and lead various crane projects for clients in the aerospace, military, energy, private, and manufacturing sectors. This role is aligned with our hybrid work schedule; with the appropriate experience and based on business needs.

Key responsibilities include engineering and design tasks for crane refurbishment and replacement projects, technical lead and calculation development responsibilities, team coordination and multidisciplinary management, site visits, construction support, load testing.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, solidworks proficiency preferred, professional engineer (PE) license preferred, minimum 4 years of crane or heavy machinery engineering experience, proven success supporting a highly performing engineering team, excellent communication and leadership skills, availability to travel occasionally to site visits and client meetings, effective technical writing and communication skills, excellent time management skills, a positive attitude with a focus on team and client success.

Salary range: $85,000-$100,000. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
