Title: Project Manager
Duration: 12 months + extension
Location: Spokane, WA
Type: Contract W2
Payrate: $55 - $60/hr on W2

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead and oversee a greenfield project within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale projects, particularly in the construction and commissioning of new facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating the project from inception to completion, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including construction teams, engineering, HVAC, and utilities personnel, to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead greenfield pharmaceutical projects from initiation through design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Budget &

    Schedule:

    Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resolve delays or cost issues.
  • Engineering Oversight: Oversee HVAC, utilities, MEP, and other engineering activities to meet project and regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, GMP, and applicable safety and quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks related to safety, cost, and schedule.
  • Construction Coordination: Manage contractor activities, ensuring quality, safety, and code compliance.
  • Team & Change Management: Lead project teams and manage scope changes, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the commissioning and qualification of pharmaceutical facilities.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience leading a greenfield project
