Position: Inside Team Member North Spokane

Job Description

Hiring preference given to applicants that are 18 or older!

This position is for Inside Team Member preparing customer orders at our North Spokane locations:
Shadle Park, Hillyard, or N Division at the Y.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer product and service questions and advertise "wobble boarding" to attract potential customers.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts, recording and updating account information.
  • Prepare and package food products.
  • Collect payment and hand out orders to customers.
  • Resolve product or service issues by determining causes, selecting appropriate solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Contribute to team effort by completing related requests as needed.
Work Environment

Team members may work outdoors, in various temperatures, in a noisy environment, near moving mechanical parts, with dangerous equipment or sharp tools, and around fumes, odors, dust, or toxic chemicals. The job is physically demanding and may require repetitive hand use, prolonged standing, bending, twisting, reaching above shoulder level, crouching, stowing or kneeling.

Schedule

Work long hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies as needed. Hours may be scheduled or unscheduled.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 years old.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Customer‑oriented, friendly, and energetic.
  • Has cash management skills.
  • Willing to learn and perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
Compensation

Pay Range: $17.13-$18.13 per hour.

Hourly raise options based on performance evaluations conducted by Regional Supervisors in $0.25 increments, up to a maximum of $1.00 over Minimum Wage before eligibility for a management position.

CSRs may receive tips daily or bi‑weekly through an in‑store tip pool.
