We are looking for a Practice Manager to partner closely with one of our top advisors in Liberty Lake, WA and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Role OverviewThis hybrid position is central to the advisor’s practice. As Practice Manager, you’ll take initiative in handling details, anticipating needs, and ensuring high-level operations for both clients and the advisor you assist.
What You’ll DoYou will provide comprehensive practice and client support, including calendar management, phone coverage, client meeting and financial plan preparation, processing, and follow-up. You’ll generate applications through Docu Sign, maintain accurate client records across our CRM, financial planning software, and other systems, and deliver responsive, high-quality day-to-day client service.
You’ll also be part of a collaborative Client Services team working toward shared goals and best practices. With the support of our Client Services Manager, you’ll receive guidance, coaching, and opportunities to grow—personally and professionally.

Qualifications- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial services support role
- Proven ability to lead overall client service and operational functions within an advisor’s practice, including workflow management and client interactions.
- Client-Centric Focus: Committed to delivering exceptional client service by proactively identifying needs and finding effective solutions to enhance the client experience.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills to guide team performance and practice growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain a positive team attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM experience (Smart Office, Redtail, Salesforce, Junxure, Tamarac, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience
