Relationship Banker

Bank of America is seeking a client engagement professional to assist customers in the lobby with self‑service banking tools such as mobile, online, and ATM transactions.

• Execute the bank’s risk culture and maintain operational excellence.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to address their financial needs.
• Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
• Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
• At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Minimum six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business administration, finance, etc.).

• Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
• Hours per week: 40
• Pay range: $25.00 – $27.88 hourly, based on experience, education, and skill set.
• Compensation:
  Base salary only, no incentive eligibility.
