Bank of America is seeking a client engagement professional to assist customers in the lobby with self‑service banking tools such as mobile, online, and ATM transactions.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and maintain operational excellence.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to address their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Collaborative team player who builds and nurtures strong relationships.
- Passionate and driven to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
- Effective and confident communicator comfortable engaging all clients.
- Able to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Confident in educating clients on simple banking transactions via self‑service technologies.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet client needs.
- Follows established processes and guidelines, adhering to all laws and regulations.
- Efficiently manages time and capacity with a focus on results.
- Willing to work weekends and/or extended hours and be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Minimum six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business administration, finance, etc.).
- Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
- Hours per week: 40
- Pay range: $25.00 – $27.88 hourly, based on experience, education, and skill set.
- Compensation:
Base salary only, no incentive eligibility. - Benefits:
