Responsibilities- Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person or over the phone to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
- Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust by asking questions, listening, and anticipating their needs.
- Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
- Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, and collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts for specialized financial needs.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience.
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Completion of Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses.
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire; study materials and support are provided.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
- College degree or military equivalent.
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements and experience with NMLS registration under the SAFE Act.
Candidates must hold or obtain the following qualifications:
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses. All unlicensed applicants must obtain these licenses within 180 days of hire through JPMC’s licensing program. Additionally, this role is subject to the Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act and requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act. New hires must register on the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and complete annual renewals and updates.

Benefits& Compensation
Base salary is determined based on role, experience, skill set, and location. Eligible employees may receive commission‑based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in cash and/or forfeitable equity. LocationSpokane, WA – hourly rate ranging from $20.00 to $27.88.
