Job Overview
Lead a group of managers who drive the client credit and tax equity relationship, including the full credit process and leading parts of the credit deal lifecycle such as application, structuring, approval, due diligence, documentation, closing, and monitoring.
Responsibilities- Partner with originations, portfolio management, and asset management teams, providing credit and tax equity expertise.
- Ensure policy compliance, data accuracy, and timely execution.
- Challenge end-to-end process efficiency and effectiveness, champion data-driven decision-making, and remove obstacles to optimize operations.
- Contribute to enterprise strategy and influence messaging to connect team contributions to business purpose, results, and success.
- Inspect and challenge risk controls, governance, and culture to ensure timely identification, escalation, debate, and remediation of risk across the organization.
- Coach to sustain and elevate organizational performance while differentiating to ensure pay for performance.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to drive short- and long-term profitability.
- Mobilize resources to deliver the full range of the bank’s capabilities to meet client needs and gain competitive advantage.
- Break down barriers to create an inclusive environment that supports company Great Place to Work goals.
- Inspect and manage the health of the bench for succession planning.

- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate credit.
- Significant exposure to Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions across originations, underwriting, portfolio, or asset management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or similar fields.
- Deep transactional experience with LIHTC deal structures and credit considerations.
