We are looking for a skilled and strategic Controller to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the organization's financial health is accurately reported. As a key member of the management team, you will collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies, provide critical insights, and drive informed decision-making.

This role is located in beautiful Liberty Lake, WA.
** Responsibilities:
*** Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
* Oversee corporate accounting, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Provide actionable financial insights and analysis to support key business decisions and investments.
* Manage and mentor the financial team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks while establishing effective internal controls and robust processes.
* Collaborate with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions, to maintain strong relationships.
* Monitor financial performance and cost estimates to ensure accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
* Ensure compliance with US GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
* Recommend and implement improvements to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.
* Support the accurate setup, performance, and maintenance of projects and contracts in compliance with company policies.
** Requirements
* ** Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial controlling and accounting roles with increasing responsibility.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
* Strong proficiency in US GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, present findings effectively, and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency with ERP systems and financial management tools.
* Proven experience working within an international team across multiple time zones.
* Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
