Location: Spokane Valley

Remote flexibility may be considered for exceptional candidates; however, proximity to the DFW area is strongly preferred to support collaboration with U.S. leadership.

Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred to support ongoing collaboration with Global HQ and U.S. leadership.

Role Overview

The Finance & Accounting Manager will be responsible for owning and executing all U.S.

-based accounting, payroll, tax, audit, statutory compliance, and financial operations for WYBOT U.S. In partnership with Global HQ Finance and US Leadership, this role will help design, implement, and scale financial systems, processes, and controls that align with global standards while meeting U.S. regulatory and operational requirements.

This position will establish clear local ownership and accountability while maintaining close collaboration and alignment with Global HQ. The role is hands‑on and execution‑focused

Key Responsibilities

U.S. Accounting, Tax & Statutory Compliance (Primary Ownership)
  • Own and manage all U.S. tax filings
    , including federal, state, and local requirements, in coordination with Global HQ Finance and external advisors
  • Manage U.S. payroll processing and salary payments
    , ensuring compliance with U.S. employment regulations and alignment with global policies
  • Lead annual audit preparation and coordination for the U.S. entity, collaborating with Global HQ and external auditors
  • Prepare and submit annual reports and statutory filings required for the U.S. subsidiary
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with U.S. accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and Global HQ finance policies
  • Review and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed
  • Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedule
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company policy
  • Support internal reporting needs by preparing recurring financial summaries and reports
Operational Accounting & Expense Management
  • Own Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for the U.S. entity, including invoice processing, payment execution, collections, and reconciliation
  • Process employee reimbursements in accordance with company policy and Global HQ guidelines
  • Administer and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
    , ensuring proper controls, documentation, and policy adherence
  • Support month‑end and year‑end close activities for the U.S. entity
FP&A, Budgeting & Financial Support (U.S. Execution)
  • Support U.S. budgeting and forecasting
    , working closely with Global HQ Finance to align assumptions, templates, and timelines
  • Track actuals versus budget and provide variance analysis and explanations
  • Support financial planning and analysis for U.S. operations, including expense management, headcount tracking, and operational spend
  • Provide financial reporting and insights to U.S. leadership in alignment with Global HQ standards
Systems, Processes & Controls (Foundational Build)
  • Partner with Global HQ Finance and US leadership to design, implement, and standardize U.S. finance systems, processes, and internal controls
  • Build scalable workflows for accounting, payroll, expense management, and FP&A that align with global reporting requirements
  • Document U.S. finance processes to support consistency, audit readiness, and future team growth
  • Identify gaps in existing infrastructure and recommend process or system improvements in collaboration with Global HQ
HQ Partnership & Cross‑Border Alignment
  • Serve as the primary U.S. finance point of contact for Global HQ on local accounting, tax, payroll, compliance, and FP&A execution
  • Provide accurate and timely U.S. financial data to Global HQ to support consolidated reporting
  • Ensure clear role separation between U.S. execution and Global HQ oversight, while maintaining strong collaboration
