Pay RangeThe target pay range for this position is $54,800.00–$66,800.00 annually. The full pay range is $45,032.00–$79,100.00 annually. Compensation decisions are based on relevant job-related skills, experience, and education, with additional performance‑based incentives available.

The Sr Mortgage Advisor role focuses on building lasting relationships with members and brokers, enhancing mortgage sourcing, and driving BECU’s growth. Your contributions go beyond task completion to create significant, positive change for members and the organization.
What You’ll Do- Create meaningful mortgage solutions by connecting with members and brokers and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, builders, and other professionals as the first point of contact for mortgage products.
- Generate new mortgage relationships through prospecting and lead generation to support BECU’s growth.
- Contribute to individual and team goals, coaching, and enhancing the member experience.
- Represent BECU in the community, participating in events to generate business and educate others.
- Serve as an escalation point for member issues and concerns.
- Occasionally travel as required.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education related experience.
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience, with a self‑generating mortgage volume of $12 million or greater annually.
- Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, requiring annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
- Expert relationship management, problem resolution, and customer service skills.
- Strong sales, prospecting, and follow‑up skills.
- Proficient math skills with high accuracy, including complex income analysis.
- Proficient verbal and written skills in English.
