About the Role
Bankers Life is looking for driven individuals to join our Financial Advisor Development Program. As a wealth management trainee, you will work one‑on‑one with clients to create personalized financial solutions, build meaningful relationships, and develop a career you’re proud of.
Training & LicensingNo finance background? No problem—no experience needed. First step, get licensed. Bankers Life covers your Life & Health coursework to start your insurance sales representative business. Next, we help you prepare for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, which includes coursework, support, and a $2,000 bonus upon completion. The SIE® is an entry‑level exam administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and is a required first step for individuals seeking to become Financial Advisors.
Additional licensing exams are required for full advisor status.
