Job Overview

Collaborate with internal teams to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data; perform audits on financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance; ensure financial reporting aligns with regulatory standards; prepare and enter journal entries (accruals, deferrals, reclasses, intercompany); perform account reconciliations and general ledger analysis; maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation; support budgeting and forecasting through GL alignment; assist with 10‑Q and 10‑K preparation (footnotes, tie‑out binders);

prepare monthly financial reports for internal stakeholders and the Board of Directors; support internal and external audit requests, including quarterly audits; assist with tax‑related information and reporting; partner with leadership and auditors on financial reporting and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Additional

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams.
  • Proficiency with standard office tools (Excel, email, databases, etc.).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Pay range: $28.00 - $39.00/hr.
