Pay Range
Target Pay Range: $54,800.00 - $66,800.00 annually.
Full Pay Range: $45,032.00 - $79,100.00 annually.

- Create meaningful mortgage solutions:
Connect with members and brokers to understand their needs, offer the right solutions, and build long‑lasting relationships. - Build and maintain strong relationships:
Serve as the first point of contact for mortgage products and services, deepening ties with agents, builders, and other professionals. - Generate new mortgage relationships:
Prospect and generate leads to drive BECU’s growth. - Contribute to individual and team goals:
Coach and develop referral generation, and enhance the member experience. - Represent BECU in the community:
Actively participate in community organizations and events to generate new mortgage business and educate others about BECU’s mortgage products and services. - Serve as an escalation point:
Act as the direct point of contact for member issues and concerns, demonstrating the value and support BECU offers.
Moderate travel required.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education related experience.
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience, self‑generating mortgage volume of $12 million or greater annually.
- Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, which requires annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
- Expert relationship management, problem resolution, and customer service skills.
- Strong sales, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient math skills with a high degree of accuracy, including the ability to perform complex income analysis.
- Proficient verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in the English language.
