PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $54,800.00-$66,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $45,032.00 - $79,100.00 annually. Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job‑related skills, experience, and education or training. In addition to salary, compensation incentives are available and performance based.

The Sr Mortgage Advisor role focuses on connecting with members and brokers, creating lasting positive impact, deepening mortgage sourcing, and driving growth for BECU. It is about steering significant change and success.

• Create meaningful mortgage solutions

  Connect with members and brokers, understand needs, offer right solutions, build lasting relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships

  Serve as the first contact for mortgage products, deepen relationships with agents, builders, and professionals.
• Generate new mortgage relationships
  :
  Prospect and lead generation to drive growth.
• Contribute to individual and team goals
  :
  Support goal attainment, coach and develop referral generation, enhance member experience.
• Represent BECU in the community
  :
  Participate in community organizations and events to generate new mortgage business and educate.
• Serve as an escalation point
  :
  Be the direct contact for member issues and concerns.
• Moderate travel required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or education related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience, self‑generating mortgage volume of $12 million or greater annually.
• Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, requiring annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
