Overview
Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) who will obtain Securities Industry licenses and develop foundational advisory skills to deliver core banking and investment solutions to clients. The role requires in‑office presence, but offers flexibility based on role‑specific considerations.
Responsibilities- Earn Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, completing the SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7 & 66 within 120 days.
- Respond to complex client needs by applying a consultative approach, identifying financial goals, and recommending tailored solutions.
- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with banking customers, small‑business owners, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, providing end-to‑end comprehensive advice.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions and meet virtually all financial needs.
- Maintain compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements for residential loan mortgage originations.
- Execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment while prioritizing client interests.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies or applications as required.
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

Minimum education:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Location:
1135 NW Gilman Blvd, Issaquah, WA 98027.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
Hours per week: 40.
Work schedule:
Monday–Friday, some Saturdays as required (e.g., 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm).
Hourly pay range: $28.85 – $33.65, based on experience, education, and skill set.
This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
