• Offer Letter Preparation & Administration:
  Prepare and file offer letters, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and supporting clean approvals.
• Employee File Management:
  Maintain accurate and comprehensive employee files, ensuring compliance and easy access to essential information.
• Managing Employee Changes:
  Process and communicate various employee changes, ensuring accuracy and clear dissemination of information.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  Run and prepare comprehensive people reports, providing valuable insights to the team.
• New Hire Administration:
  Manage administrative tasks associated with new hires, including hosting new‑hire orientations and meeting the founder.
• Recruiting Support:
  Post jobs and provide critical recruiting reporting updates, helping attract top talent.
