Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers via multiple channels including in‑person, by appointment, and virtually. They provide the best possible counsel while adopting a digital‑first mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage and advise clients on deposit and loan products, recommending solutions based on each client’s unique goals.
- Obtain and process customer and account information, greet clients, and process basic transactions.
- Maintain product knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital services, and educate clients on new and self‑service options.
- Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities and complete service requests and credit applications.
- Collaborate with branch team members to deliver optimal client experience and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration requirements, including criminal background and credit checks, and maintain satisfactory records.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically five or more years of job‑related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
- Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.
- Effective communication and engagement skills with clients.
- Advanced knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience participating in sales campaigns or promotions.
- Experience with digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Ability to identify client needs while leveraging a digital‑first mindset.
- Proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet client needs both reactively and proactively.
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Pay Range: $27.00 – $33.00 per hour. Additional benefits include incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, a 401(k) contribution, and pension (subject to eligibility requirements).
