Job DescriptionSenior Associate, Accounts Payable is responsible for protecting company cash outflows by ensuring all vendor invoices and payment transactions are accurate, appropriately approved, and paid on time. The role performs advanced accounts payable functions, resolves payment discrepancies, maintains compliance with financial controls and company policies, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and effective accounts payable operations.
Responsibilities- Review expense reports for policy compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare weekly check runs and electronic ACH payments.
- Maintain digital filing systems for financial records.
- Meet rigid weekly check runs and month-end closing dates.
- Stay alert against phishing scams and fake vendor bank changes.
- Ensure correct sales tax application and accurate 1099 tracking.
- Daily data entry and verification.
- Bachelor s degree in finance or related field required;
Master s Degree preferred. - Proven track record in high-volume invoice processing.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience required.
- Functional expertise in Microsoft Office and SAP required.
- Functional expertise using AI tools preferred.
- Experience guiding teams on authority limits and compliance with accounting standards.
- Strong communication with vendors and internal customers; experience with shared services teams.

Spokane, WA — On Site, Full-Time
Shift: Weekday Days, Monday–Friday
Compensation & BenefitsHiring Wage: $32.01 – $43.30/hour, with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
