Loan Servicing Project Specialist

About the Role

The Project Specialist II serves as a subject matter expert, responsible for planning, organizing, administering, and/or leading short‑term initiatives of varying scope within one or more divisions or departments. The Specialist may work on several projects concurrently, ensuring compliance with all bank regulations and policies, including the Bank Secrecy Act, RegulationCC, RegulationE, and Bank Security. The role includes maintaining an up‑to‑date knowledge base of relevant regulations, completing required training, and maintaining a working knowledge of written policies and procedures.

The Specialist may coach, mentor, and train others, and may be asked to deliver coursework or presentations as a subject matter expert. The role requires initiative, a positive example of corporate culture, and alignment with the bank’s vision to become the “Business Bank of Choice.”
