Location: Spokane Valley

XLA is seeking a Financial Management Specialist with federal financial management experience who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 2+ years of professional work experience.

This is an onsite position based out of Washington D.C.

Salary: $92,000 - $102,000

The Financial Management Specialist shall possess the following experience:

Experience with processing financial documents and transactions from designated Districts using the UFMS and EOUSA systems.

Experience providing general financial management and budgetary support.

Experience performing Accounting Data Analysis, Records Examiner/Analyst and Financial Analyst tasks.

Experience performing liaison functions between districts and Remote Payment Office (RPO) with respect to budget execution.

Experience monitoring and analyzing the financial condition of assigned programs to determine whether current or proposed actions are financially sound.

Experience retrieving and reviewing financial reports

Demonstrates a working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) when reviewing and processing fact witness vouchers and processing travel documents in the E2 Solutions.

Experience with Government Accounting Systems.

Competency in performing analysis and developing reports in Microsoft Excel

Experience with Microsoft office products
