Washington State Department of Labor & Industries seeks a Vocational Services Specialist 2 to support workers in returning to gainful employment by educating employers and workers on RTW processes. You will conduct job analyses, ergonomic evaluations, and on-site visits to develop suitable light-duty roles and letters of offer.
Under the ERTW framework, you’ll collaborate with the Regional ERTW Supervisor and Employer Outreach teams to advance vocational recovery and prevent disability.
