Spokane County is seeking an entry-level Residential Appraiser in the Assessor’s Office. This training position learns on-site inspections, valuation using cost and market approaches, and using CAMA software.
You will work toward Washington accreditation within 2 years and must pass USPAP exam. The role progresses to Residential Appraiser 2 after accreditation. You’ll interact with the public, prepare reports, and support field and desk work in a collaborative county environment.
