Summary

Beauty Sales team members create personalized customer experiences while selling beauty products from core brands. The role focuses on makeup, skincare, customer service, and achieving sales goals in-store and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Build customer relationships and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools.
• Book appointments, support beauty events, and maintain an organized, customer‑ready department.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards.
• Keep current with beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow‑through skills.
• Ability to contribute to a welcoming and inclusive team environment and address customer concerns.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including frequent movement and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
