Assessments vary by client type, ranging from $150-$250 assessment. Assessments usually take 1-2 hours. Additionally, we are looking for someone interested in guiding new caregiver (CNA) orientations.

Your Role

As a RN/LPN conducting in-home assessments at Family Best Care, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-notch health care services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth assessments of new clients, focusing on physical, psychological, and environmental aspects of health.
  • Developing detailed care plans based on assessment findings, collaborating with healthcare professionals and client families.
  • Ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations related to home health assessments and care planning.
  • Maintaining client confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Staying updated with continuous education in home health care and client assessment techniques.
Requirements
  • A current RN or LPN license in the state of Washington.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Strong commitment to reliability and ethical conduct.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Integrity, communication, and respect as core professional values.
