Respiratory Care Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and dedicated to delivering patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Administer therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient responses to therapy and make appropriate recommendations or adjustments.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests.
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment including ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and aerosol devices.
• Provide emergency respiratory support, including airway management and resuscitation efforts.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments, equipment usage, and home care as needed.
• Document all care provided in the electronic medical record in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Education: Completion of coursework or training required to meet certification, licensure, or registration standards for respiratory care practice.
• Licensure & Certifications (Upon Hire): Active licensure and certifications as required by state and facility standards.
