Most of Brookdale’s Private Duty Agency offices are located within a Brookdale Senior Living Community. Full‑time, part‑time and PRN positions are available.

Same‑day interviews are available.

• One on one companionship
• Non‑medical hands‑on care, including dressing, bathing, grooming, personal care and assistance with transfers
• Housekeeping and laundry
• Pet care
• Transportation to doctor’s appointments and other errands
• Medication reminders

Full‑time and part‑time benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), associate assistance program, employee discounts, referral program, early access to earned wages (outside of CA), and optional voluntary benefits such as  protection and pet insurance.

Full‑time only benefits additionally include paid time off, paid holidays, company‑provided life insurance, adoption benefit, disability (short‑ and long‑term), flexible spending accounts, health savings account, optional life and dependent life insurance, optional voluntary benefits such as accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity insurance, a legal plan, and tuition reimbursement.

Base pay will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.

Our caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each senior with respect and dignity. You will nurture a home‑like setting, assist residents with activities of daily living – including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs – and help with housework such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
