Position: Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellows Welcome

Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine the presence and extent of communication disorders in patients with written and oral language difficulties.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients with dyslexia to improve their communication skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to coordinate treatment plans and monitor progress.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Attend regular team meetings and participate in continuing education opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest research and treatment strategies for dyslexia.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Washington state license or eligible for Washington state licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals.
  • Prior experience with dyslexia/reading disorders is not required as training is provided.
