Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions across Spokane County. If you’re a Caregiver at heart and want meaningful work helping seniors and adults remain safe and comfortable at home, we’d love to meet you.

Competitive Pay: $20–$22 per hour (depending on experience and certification)

Whether you’re an experienced Caregiver or just beginning your career in home care, we provide the support and training you need to succeed.

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Work primarily in clients’ homes, with varying shift times and activities tailored to client needs

We’re looking for people who are compassionate, dependable, and ready to help others live more independently.

• Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required – we’ll pay for your HCA training
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a genuine passion for helping others
