MFM Sonographer | Spokane, WA | Full time | $40-60 per hour

What you’ll do
  • Perform sonographic procedures. (No surprise there!)
  • Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history.
  • Create reports to assist the physician with documentation.
  • Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule out patient anomalies.
  • Communicate sonographic findings to physician.
  • Provide visual sonographic guidance.
  • Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery.
  • Cover a variety of clinical settings, including outreach clinics and virtual settings.
  • Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs.
Is this you?
  • Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with an OB/GYN specialty
  • Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related to OB/GYN specialty
  • Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
  • Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future
Do you score any bonus points?
  • Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE)
  • Credentialed in Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, and Cervical Length
  • 1+ years high-risk OB and/or MFM sonography experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Sonography or other related fields of study

RISK OF EXPOSURE TO BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS:
Category 1 - Tasks involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.

This is an hourly non-exempt opportunity.
