Description
If the idea of sitting in the same office all day makes you want to slowly spin in your chair… keep reading.
At Volunteers of America (VOA) Spokane, behavioral health happens where life happens — shelters, supportive housing, and medical respite. No clinic walls. No endless parade of 50‑minute sessions. No wondering if your work matters.
Just real clinical care with real humans.
We’re actively hiring associate‑level and licensed clinicians who want meaningful work, strong supervision, and a team that believes behavioral health should meet people where they are — sometimes literally.
About VOA SpokaneVOA Spokane is a licensed behavioral health organization serving individuals experiencing housing instability through community‑based, wrap‑around care.
Instead of traditional clinics, our clinicians work directly inside VOA programs alongside case managers, SUD Professionals, peer support specialists, and housing teams.
Translation: you will never be on an island here.
Care is collaborative, trauma‑informed, and grounded in dignity.
This is behavioral health with no walls — and yes, sometimes that means you get more steps than your fitness tracker expected.
Populations Served Include- Youth and young adults
- Veterans
- Adults in supportive housing
- Individuals transitioning from hospitals into medical respite
- People navigating acute mental health symptoms, substance use, and crisis
The Role

We Are Hiring- Associate‑level clinicians working toward licensure
- Fully licensed clinicians (LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
