** The Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)
** is an intensive and highly integrated approach for community mental health service delivery. The multidisciplinary team shares a caseload of individuals who experience symptoms of the most serious forms of mental illness, predominantly but not exclusively the schizophrenia spectrum disorders. Many individuals also experience substance abuse, victimization and trauma, psychiatric hospitalizations, arrests and incarceration, homelessness, and additional significant challenges. The symptoms and complications of mental illnesses lead to serious functioning difficulties in several areas of life, often including work, social relationships, residential independence, money management, and physical health and wellness.
** The New Journeys Program
** is a Coordinated Specialty Care program that seeks to identify people ages 15-40 who have experienced their first psychotic episode as early as possible and direct them to services that specifically address their own individual needs. The treatment team consists of a group of experts who work collaboratively with each other, with the individual, and with the individual’s loved ones to meet recovery goals.
New Journeys (NJ) is a voluntary, intensive early intervention program that provides coordinated specialty care for individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis. A small interdisciplinary program works with individuals and their natural supports to assist participants in achieving optimal functioning in home, school, work, social and leisure areas of their life. The NJ Team provides individual resilience therapy (IRT), education and employment support, family support, peer support, case management, and medication management.
Treatment can involve multiple contacts per week with the individual and/or natural supports, and can occur in the office, community, or in the individual’s home. Enrollment in New Journeys can last up to two years with the goal that individuals are in the recovery phase of psychosis and confident in their abilities to live a fulfilling, meaningful life upon graduation.
Additionally, the Program Administrator will provide on-going clinical and administrative supervision, leadership, and support to staff within assigned departments. Assign tasks/delegate responsibilities and conduct follow-up to ensure deadlines are met, contract requirements and goals are achieved, and quality work is completed. Address complaints, investigate concerns and resolve problems. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, providing positive employee recognition, coaching to potential and corrective action as needed.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Participate in program planning and provide oversight of assigned program. Gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and submitting data requests to Director, and assisting with program development, redesign, and compliance.
* Continually seek areas of opportunity for program and process improvement and work in collaboration with program director to implement positive change.
* Provide and role model effective leadership that engages, motivates, and supports assigned staff.
* Provide supervision to assigned staff in a manner that promotes and develops clinical and leadership skill development.
* Address employee performance concerns in a timely manner, utilizing HR support as needed.
* Provide case consultation and case review.
* Oversee implementation and adherence to of organization wide and department specific FBH policies, monitoring for compliance and addressing non-compliance as needed.
* Ensure supervisors provide and document on-going staff support/recognition, supervision, teaching and training and that supervisors engage with staff in a manner that builds staff clinical knowledge and skills, enhances team cohesiveness, and elevates staff morale.
