High-paying part-time in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position with an elementary caseload and a supportive team.
Our therapists provide direct services, conduct evaluations, and attend IEP and Evaluation meetings via in person or Zoom.
Ideal candidates are experienced in school settings, familiar with MTSS and RTI, and possess a child‑led, culturally responsive approach.
Responsibilities- Assess students
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement evidence‑based techniques
- Collaborate with families and teachers
- Monitor progress
- Educate families on home strategies
- Master's degree (or in progress)
- Washington ESA or Conditional ESA
- Pediatric experience
- Clean background check
Pay ranges from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour, with benefits like license reimbursement and a referral program.
